DUNHAM QUINTUPLETS??? |
MAUREEN TAYLOR, daughter of DD’s editor & great great great great granddaughter of Ralph & Melinda H. Dunham, lives in Kalamazoo, Mich. with her husband, Clyde, & her two sons, Greg (l0) and Nick (6). A graduate of the University of Michigan, Maureen did her graduate & post graduate work at Michigan State U. & Western Mich, U. She has been on the English faculty of Kalamazoo Valley Community College [ ] |
Francis Sylvester Dunham (1876—1942), son of Samuel E. Dunham & named for his grandfather, demonstrates through a photographic gimmick popular (well, fairly popular) in the 1920’s what he [would] have looked like had he been born quintuplets, Although these “quints” look to be very serious, Frank was quite a character & always playing jokes. It is doubtful that his sisters would have lived to grow up if there had, in fact, been five of him! |
